BIOGRAPHY
Kathryn Franklin, born on the 15th of March, 2991, in the heart of what is now the Tikonov Free Republic, has led a life defined by unwavering compassion and an unyielding commitment to her fellow countrymen. From a young age, Kathryn exhibited a natural inclination for caregiving, often tending to injured animals and consoling her friends during times of distress. Her parents, both staunch supporters of Elgin's independence, encouraged her to develop her innate skills, instilling in her a strong sense of patriotism and duty.

As she matured, Kathryn's calling to serve her nation became increasingly evident. After completing her primary education with honors, she enrolled in the Elgin Institute of Medical Sciences, where she embarked on a journey that would shape her into the dedicated nurse she is today. Her academic prowess and empathetic nature earned her a scholarship, which she gladly accepted, as it allowed her to focus on her studies without adding to her family's financial burden.

Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Kathryn immediately joined what is now known as the Tikonov Free Republic Army as a Medical Corps nurse. Her desire to make a difference on the front lines of the ongoing conflicts within the Inner Sphere drove her to this career choice. 

Kathryn's service began in the military's hospitals. Despite the chaos of war, she maintained a calm and composed demeanor, providing critical medical care to soldiers wounded in battle. Her aptitude for the work quickly earned her a promotion to the rank of Senior Nurse and given the responsibility of overseeing medical operations aboard JumpShips destined for various campaign theatres.

Throughout her career, Kathryn served in various conflict zones, including the contentious border skirmishes with neighboring factions. Her dedication and selflessness in saving lives earned her numerous commendations and the respect of her peers. Kathryn's colleagues describe her as a tireless healer, always willing to put herself in harm's way to save lives.
