So I was tramping about the internet when I encountered an odd little story. Doctors at the Medical School of Wisconsin are developing a fourth kind of cone for eyes using retro-viral therepy. The results are apparently promising and right now it's in the testing phases on dichromatic apes.
In a decade or two, you and I might be able to see further up or down the spectrum of wave lengths. I predict this will give rise to yet another re-release of the orignial Star Wars trilogy. Frankly, I don't know how that makes me feel.
