BIOGRAPHY:
Born January 30, 3032, to parents Charles and Alyssa Maxwell in Kensington, Quebec, Benjamin Edward Maxwell is and always has been a superlative soldier. Schooled from his earliest memories in the art of warfare, Benjamin was a gifted child who strove to follow in the footsteps of his childhood heroes - James McKenna, Ian Cameron, Gregory Atlas, and Aleksandr Kerensky - heroes who served to shape the world in which he grew up. From the time he first learned to speak, Benjamin had always displayed an avid fascination for BattleMechs and the men and women who piloted them. Though this troubled his mother, his father supported and encouraged his passion, knowing in the dark recesses of his mind that his son was growing up in a troubled time that would likely be fraught with warfare.
Fate did not disappoint.
On August 13, 3049, Clan forces made planetfall on The Rock, heralding the start of the invasion that would call millions of men and women to fight for the Inner Sphere. Shortly thereafter, young Benjamin enlisted in the ranks of the Crayven Corporation, a shadowy technologies exchange. It is here that Benjamin's history becomes somewhat vague. Due to the corporation's blanket policy of non-disclosure to entities not directly affiliated with their organization, we can only speculate as to the details of Benjamin's nearly ten-year career. It seems certain that he saw combat in the years between 3054 and the present, though where and when remain a mystery. What we do know is that at some focal point in time, Benjamin Maxwell was initiated into CITADEL, the Crayven Corporation's intelligence division responsible for locating and eliminating threats to their organization. There he served until his separation in October of 3063. Even the reasons behind his departure have been compartmentalized.
Beyond what we know - and what Captain Maxwell chooses to volunteer - he is a mystery - a Pandora's Box of intrigue and speculation - and a force to be reckoned with.
