BattleMechs and Infantry

Crayven Securities, Inc. | Intelligence Division
It's a short clip, maybe 5 min long, but it's cool to watch. It's a single unarmored infantryman fighting against a Vulture (Mad Dog) OmniMech.

Awesome, I saw that movie before (well over a year ago now) but could never find it again, did you just google it? (I know that probably seems obvious since the link loads a google page but I was just wondering how you found it).

I just wish they would come out with a feature length film in the Battletech universe, obviously if a low budget (I'm assuming) group of people can create a nearly 7 minute short with complete mech animation, why doesn't a bigger company make a full length one?????? ...... I want a Battletech movie......

Anyways thanks for the link Ron, its a great clip.

I was linked to a video in google when I was hunting for some game trailers and decided to google BattleTech. This came up as a search result and so I watched it. This was the first time I've ever seen it.

As far as seeing a BattleTech movie, I agree. This low budget film was entertaining and I've seen better stuff filmed on cable tv. So, I don't see why someone hasn't jumped on the bandwagon and made a movie out of BattleTech. There are rabid fans out there, so it would sell and with the detailed history, you have so much content to pull from. Even if it were DVD only releases, I'd be the first in line to pick them up.
Well, I'd give you a run for you money for being the first one in line, lol. Although I'm pretty sure we're from different areas, lol.

I agree though, it would definately sell, look at the Mech Assault and Mech Warrior games, they all sell, sure maybe not as much as some other games and stuff, but thats because BT attracts the more intellectually refined people smile.gif or maybe I'm just bullshitting to make myself feel important, lol.

Anyways, I'm sure a feature length movie would sell, and as you said even if its DVD only, I'd definately pick one up as soon as it came out, and I'm sure most of the people involved in BT would too.
Ah yes, that's a cool video. It's on www.battletech-movie.com along with a lot of other battletech videos.
