With work stress getting me down to an entirely low depth, i have finally begun to re-register and start applying for jobs (a long task that requires me to fill out more than the normal amount of paper work).
So far i have managed to apply for two jobs. The paper work for each of these has taken several days to piece together and is a very arguous task.
I want to thank you all for your patients during the time i havnt been posting - something that i can assure you is only tempourary.
RALSU (Rhein Area Labour Support Unit) is basically the group i am employeed by. They supply jobs to people who are dependants of their husband/father/etc. Other than a group called SSAFFA, who deal with jobs that involve helping young people (and communities), RALSU are the only choice.
This link shows you the ammount of jobs i can choose. I can choose any of the jobs from the JHQ table (a twenty min drive) or from the Ayrshire Barracks (the barracks directly near where i live). Notice Ayshire Barracks table is empty. Though the JHQ table may seem to have a huge choice, alot of them state (in huge letters) that the person applying MUST have experience. If you dont have any experience you are immediately rejected.
Since i have started applying for jobs i have had 3 letters back out of the five i have applied for apologising and telling me that i have not been selected for an interview. When i quiered a friend who works at RALSU she told me that nearly 70% of all new applicants are rejected due to lack of experience.
So there you have it. This is what i am up against. Again i thank you all for your patience with me during this rather depressing time. I hope to be posting friday as i will be having a long break with a beer and my computer, hammering out a post for Mr Chingely and his mischeivous adventures.
