Yet... good word choice .

I don't know if I have a favorite, each is so distinct. I love the periphery for our purposes because there's a lot of playing room there, and it's like its own mini-InnerSphere. However, I think I'm going to go with the old school Lyran Commonwealth with the first Katrina Steiner. Then again, who didn't love Hanse davion? I just have never been a huge Free Worlds League fan. And what about crazy Max Liao? Or the honorable Takashi Kurita? I guess I'm just a fan of the classics.

My personal hero is Victor Steiner-Davion. How can you not love the Davion family?

Fair rule, noble purposes and unflinching bravery in the face of any task. Victor always acts with intent also, never attacking in a haughty rage or self righteous jihad. He fought the clans several times, dodged assasination attempts, led the New Star League and even served as the lead for Comstar at one point. That kind of courage is nothing short of remarkable.

Which Katrina? There are two, one known to Victor as Katherine, his sister, the other his grandmother who was quite fine back in her day . I always thought she and Hanse could have had something, but alas, he went down another generation.
