I'm sorry I haven't posted much recently. The company is opening a new restaurant on Monday and things have been pretty chaotic around here. Once the launch is over, things will settle down some for sure as we effect a relatively set schedule.
On a side note, sometime today I should be able to get at least a post up in the current Operation.
I will be posting tommorow. Ive been totally knackered from 4 hours sleep the previous night.... ¬_¬ and its nearly 11pm here so i will have to post tommorow.

Bah, we had an insane day today catering to VIPs. I have to work in the AM tomorrow, but I will have the next 2.5 days off before our big opening so I'll have time to post up tomorrow after work.
